The South East Movement for President Tinubu 2027, a political support group, has extended warm birthday wishes to Peter Mbah and Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi as they marked their birthdays.

Governor Mbah celebrated his 54th birthday on March 17, while Ambassador Ugwuanyi, Nigeria’s Ambassador to Greece and immediate past Governor of Enugu State, turned 62 on March 20.

In a press statement issued after its meeting on Saturday and signed by its national chairman, Damian Opata, the movement described both leaders as distinguished sons of Enugu State who have made significant contributions to the state’s development.

The group praised Governor Mbah as an ethical and visionary leader whose administration has delivered notable achievements within a short period.

“Enugu State has witnessed remarkable transformation driven by vision, dedication, and service to the people. The governor’s efforts to position the state on the global map through innovative governance, massive infrastructure, and impactful policies are highly commendable,” the statement read.

The movement expressed confidence that Governor Mbah would continue to achieve greater milestones in his quest to make Enugu State one of the leading states in Nigeria. It also wished him continued good health and strength in his leadership journey.

The group also felicitated Ambassador Ugwuanyi, acknowledging his positive impact and contributions during his eight-year tenure as governor.

According to the statement, the former governor was known for his humility and accessibility, qualities that endeared him to many residents of the state. It added that his appointment as Nigeria’s ambassador to Greece by Bola Tinubu reflects recognition of his performance in office.
