Enugu State Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, Engr. Ben Osy Okoh, has led members of Hilltop Club 72, Lagos, on an inspection tour of selected infrastructure projects across the state.

The visit offered members of the club an opportunity to assess ongoing construction and rehabilitation projects and gain firsthand insight into the pace of infrastructure development under the administration of Governor Peter Mbah.

According to the Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, Ngozi Ngene, the tour was designed to showcase some of the major projects being implemented by the state government and their expected impact on residents and businesses.

Speaking during the exercise, Okoh said the projects reflect the administration's commitment to developing a modern and economically vibrant Enugu State through sustained investment in infrastructure.

He explained that the government's infrastructure programme is focused on improving road connectivity, expanding access to communities, supporting economic activities and creating better living conditions for residents.

The commissioner expressed his appreciation to the Hilltop Club 72 delegation for visiting the state and observing the projects firsthand.

During the tour, the visitors were taken to selected project sites, where they received updates on the scope of work, level of completion and the anticipated socioeconomic benefits of the projects.

Okoh assured that the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure would continue to prioritise quality and timely execution, in line with the development objectives of the Mbah administration.

He added that the state government remains committed to delivering infrastructure capable of supporting long-term economic growth and improving the overall standard of living across Enugu State.
