The Governor of Enugu State, Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, has nominated six individuals to serve as commissioners in his government. Their names have been sent to the Enugu State House of Assembly for approval.
This was announced on Thursday, July 17, 2025, by the Secretary to the State Government, Chidiebere Onyia.
The nominated commissioners are Benjamin Osita Okoh,Benedeth Ekwutosi Okoli,Eyinna Franklin Ogbonna,Samuel Ogbu‑Nwobodo,George Ugwu,Ben Collins Ndu Jr.
The governor has also appointed Dr. Godwin Anigbo as the new Head of Service of Enugu State. According to the announcement, this appointment takes effect immediately.
These new appointments are part of Governor Mbah’s ongoing efforts to improve governance and strengthen his administration to better serve the people of Enugu State.
