The French attacker made these declarations following Real Madrid's 2-1 victory over Inter Milan in their Champions League group opener at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Mbappe played a direct role in securing the victory, opening the scoring in the first half before Federico Valverde doubled the lead. Inter Milan pulled one goal back through Carlos Augusto after the break, but Madrid defended their advantage to capture the three points. Speaking to reporters after the final whistle, Mbappe emphasized how much lifting the iconic European trophy would mean to him.
