Peller Reveals Why He Nearly Sold Abuja House Gifted to Him by Ochacho

By Isaac Mission

Popular Nigerian TikTok creator Peller has revealed that he once considered selling the Abuja property gifted to him by businessman and socialite Ochacho.

Peller made the disclosure during a recent livestream, explaining that his preference for living in Lagos initially made him question the need to keep a property in Nigeria’s capital.

According to the content creator, he had little intention of relocating to Abuja and therefore thought selling the house could be a reasonable option.

Peller reconsiders decision

Peller said he was eventually advised against selling the property because of the significance attached to receiving it as a gift.

He explained that someone close to him reminded him that the house was presented to him as a gift, prompting him to rethink the decision.

“I almost sold the house Ochacho gave me in Abuja because I prefer to stay in Lagos, but someone advised me not to sell it because it is a gift,” Peller said.

The property was reportedly presented to Peller by Ochacho following his wedding to fellow content creator Jarvis.

Social media users react

Peller’s revelation has generated different reactions online, with some users questioning whether he fully understood the ownership and documentation surrounding the property before considering a sale.

Others focused on the sentimental value of the gift and agreed that selling a property received as a wedding gift could be a difficult decision.

The discussion has also revived interest in the relationship between Peller and Ochacho, particularly after the businessman made generous gestures towards the young content creator following his marriage.

Peller continues to make headlines

The latest revelation comes amid continued public interest in Peller and Jarvis following their wedding and the controversies surrounding their relationship.

Peller has also recently attracted attention for his views on young marriage, defending his decision to marry early and challenging the belief that people should wait until their 30s or 40s before settling down.

For now, Peller appears to have abandoned the idea of selling the Abuja property and intends to retain the gift.
