Snaresbrook Crown Court in London confirmed that he faces five charges: one count of attempted rape, two counts of rape and two counts of assault by penetration. He appeared before Thames Magistrates’ Court in August before the case moved to Snaresbrook Crown Court. Importantly, these are allegations, not convictions. Poco Lee remains legally presumed innocent unless and until a court determines otherwise.
